Raw carrots : 1 lb/500 grms (peeled and shredded)
Pineapple chunk : 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise : 1/2 cup
Raisins : 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar :1/2 cup
Method of Preparation :
1. Soak the raisins in hot water for 10-20 minutes to plum and then drain.
2. In a bowl, combine carrots, pineapple, mayonnaise, raisins and powdered sugar; mix well.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
