Peanut Butter Kisses /Peanut Butter Blossoms

Yes, you read it right, PEANUT BUTTER KISSES cookies!!

You think your holiday goodie list is complete yet? think again. I recommend you make these Peanut Butter Cookies with  Hershey Kisses to your goodies!

A friend of mine is crazy of these cookies, so I made a special surprise for her this wonderful holiday. She is travelling this holiday and this was given as a gift to her as a travel snack. Tam, I hope there are some left for your travel.;)  Yes, you thought it right, she dived on it right away.

These cookies are soft, delicate, and full of peanut butter goodness...as long as you take them out on time. DO NOT OVERBAKE these. They are done at about ten minutes. Don’t let them fool you…they won’t look done, but I promise, they are. They will set itself!

I got this recipe from the Hershey Kiss bag and recipe calls for all purpose flour, but i thought of making it a bit healthier and substituted with whole wheat flour instead.

Try making this decadent treat for your special someone(s) or anytime of year for your friends and family and trust me, you’re going to be on everyone’s permanent party list!

Now all I really want to know is…What is your favorite cookie that you just can’t resist?

Happy Holiday Season Everyone!
