Here is a Glossary of commonly used ingredients. Since my cooking palette are very much influenced from Kerala (South India). I have tried to translate all possible English-Malayalam names.To know more about the ingredients, click and  read.

    All your sadya recipes were just fantabulous. Since you are from Palakkad your preparation style is more or less similar to how amma cooks.
