Recipe for Biryani Masala Powder
Ingridents :
Cinnamon sticks /Karopatta : 2 big long 1"pieces
Cardamom : 6-8 pods
Cloves /Karambu : 6-8 nos
Shajeera /Caraway seeds : 1 tsp
Fennel seeds /Perinjeerakam : 1 tsp
Bay Leaves : 1
Star Anise : 1
Nutmeg /Jathika : 1/2
Mace /Jathipathri : 6
Method of Preparation:
1.Dry roast everything and grind to a fine powder.
2.Store in an airtight container.
