Pacha Mulaku Chutney /Green Chilly Chutney


Recipe for Green Chilly Chutney /Pacha Mulaku Chutney

Ingredients :

Green chillies : 10 nos
Garlic pods : 10 nos (normal size)
Tamarind extract : 1 tsp
Curry leaves : 1 sprig
Mustard seeds : 2 tsp
Sesame oil /Nallennai  : 4 tbsp
Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:

1. Grind green chillies,garlic,tamarind and salt to fine paste.
2. Season it with mustard and curry leaves with more oil. Serve with idli, or dosa  and Enjoy!
