Chammanthi /Chutney is a spicy side dish and condiment served with idli, dosa and even with rice and rice gruel. There are several types of chammanthi recipes in Kerala which are delicious and easy to prepare. Recipe for Green Chilly Chutney /Pacha Mulaku Chutney Ingredients : Green chillies : 10 nos Garlic pods : 10 nos (normal size) Tamarind extract : 1 tsp Curry leaves : 1 sprig Mustard seeds : 2 tsp Sesame oil /Nallennai  : 4 tbsp Salt to taste Method of Preparation: 1.
